Review Procedure:

The review procedure consists of two stages:
– each submission is first read by two members of the editorial team who qualify it for further review;
– a submission selected by the editors is then sent for a blind review to a specialist in a relevant field of American studies.

PJAS observes the general rules of academic ethics. By submitting an article to the PJAS, the author declares that it is their own work and it does not include any plagiarized or ghost-written content. In order to eliminate possible cases of guest-authorship, for a co-authored article, we require a statement of each person’s individual contribution.
